Role & responsibilities

Installation and Setup
Build and config WebLogic domains, clusters, and managed servers.
Set up web server links (like Apache) and database data sources (JDBC/JMS).
Handle security realms, SSL certificates, and LDAP user checks. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Daily Operations and Support
Deploy, update, or roll back application files (war, ear).
Track server health, CPU usage, and JVM memory.
Fix server crashes, stuck threads, and connection drops. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Maintenance and Tuning
Apply software patches and system upgrades.
Tune JVM heap size and garbage collection for better speed.
Write automation scripts using WLST or Shell. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Preferred candidate profile B.E/B.Tech/MCA in any discipline
