Role Summary:

An experienced L3 Network Security Engineer with solid expertise in Cisco Secure Access / SASE solutions. Associate will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, architecture support, implementation, and optimization of secure network access solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L3 support for Cisco Secure Access / Cisco SASE platform.
Design, implement, and manage Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), and CASB policies.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to Cisco AnyConnect, VPN, remote access, and identity-based access policies.
Integrate Cisco Secure Access with enterprise identity providers (Azure AD / SSO / MFA).
Manage and optimize security policies, access control rules, and traffic inspection policies.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and provide permanent fixes.
Work with network, security,



and cloud teams to ensure secure connectivity across hybrid environments.
Implement and maintain high availability and performance optimization for secure access infrastructure.
Provide guidance and technical mentoring to L1/L2 teams.
Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Secure Access / Cisco SASE.
Expertise in Cisco AnyConnect, VPN, ZTNA, SWG, and identity-based security policies.
Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
Experience with firewalls, proxy, and network security technologies.
Knowledge of cloud security integration (Azure, AWS, or hybrid environments).
Robust troubleshooting skills for complex network and security incidents.
