Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Training:
Recruit and onboard recent POSP (Point of Sales Person) agents.
Train POSP agents on insurance products, sales processes, and customer handling.
Ensure agents have the required knowledge and skills to sell insurance products effectively.

Sales Strategy
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales through the POSP channel.
Identify potential target markets and customer segments.
Optimize sales processes to improve business performance.
Support POSP agents in achieving assigned sales targets.

Performance Management
Monitor and evaluate the performance of POSP agents.
Track individual and team sales performance.
Provide regular feedback, guidance, and support to improve agent productivity.




Identify performance gaps and implement improvement measures.

Relationship Management
Build and maintain robust relationships with POSP agents.
Provide continuous support to agents for smooth business operations.
Address agent queries and resolve operational issues.
Ensure a positive customer and agent experience.

Market Research
Monitor insurance industry trends and developments.
Track competitor activities and market offerings.
Understand customer preferences and changing market requirements.
Identify opportunities for product improvement and sales growth.

Reporting
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and POSP productivity.
Track market trends and relevant business metrics.
Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
Share reports and insights with the management team.
