Job Description
Manage and maintain solid customer relationships.
Assist customers with account opening, KYC, and various banking services.
Handle customer queries, service requests, and concerns professionally.
Promote banking products such as CASA, FD, Loans, Insurance, and other financial products.
Acquire new customers and contribute to overall business growth.
Support branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
Achieve assigned monthly business and service targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with branch operations and other departments for smooth service delivery.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
Generate daily and weekly reports.




Regularly update customer information and service records.
