Role Summary

Sigenergy India is seeking a Manager S&OP; to lead the Sales & Operations Planning process and ensure effective alignment between Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Operations. The role will focus on forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the monthly S&OP; cycle including demand, supply, inventory, and executive review meetings.
Develop and monitor demand forecasts and align procurement and supply plans accordingly.
Identify and resolve demand-supply gaps, inventory risks, and stock availability issues.
Drive inventory optimization and working capital improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare S&OP; dashboards,



forecast accuracy reports, inventory analysis, and management MIS.
Support ERP/MRP planning improvements and process enhancement initiatives.

Desired Candidate
Bachelors degree in Bachelors degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
6–10 years of experience in S&OP;, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Management.
Experience in manufacturing, electronics, renewable energy, battery, inverter, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
Robust proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar ERP systems preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
