Position: IT Support Executive
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Qualification: Graduation / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Salary: upto 25K/Month
Experience: 5 to 7 years experience in similar role.
Key Responsibilities:-
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and office devices.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist employees with IT-related queries and technical problems.
Monitor system performance and maintain IT records.
Support basic networking and internet connectivity issues.
Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance when required.
Ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure.
