Estate Vault Realty is looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the office.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle office errands such as bank, courier, printing, and document collection/drop.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic office work.
Receive and distribute courier and office documents.
Purchase and maintain office supplies, stationery, and refreshments.
Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks whenever required.
Ensure the office is well-organized and presentable.
Follow instructions from management and complete assigned tasks on time.

Requirements
Minimum 0–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.




Basic understanding of Marathi/Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.
Responsible, punctual, honest, and well-mannered.
Good personal hygiene and a neat, presentable appearance.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and local office errands.
Candidates with prior experience in a real estate office or corporate environment will be preferred.
Candidates with a valid two-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
