Job Summary:

The Merchandiser is responsible for managing the production merchandising activities within the company. They work closely with suppliers, designers, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. The role requires robust attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the production process.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery of goods
Manage the production schedule and monitor progress to meet deadlines
Collaborate with designers to develop product specifications and quality standards
Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to optimize costs
Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to guide product development

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in production merchandising
Solid knowledge of production processes and supply chain management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
