Job Description
Recruit and develop Financial Advisors for the organization.
Identify and onboard suitable candidates as Financial Advisors.
Promote and sell a range of financial products through recruited advisors.
Provide guidance and support to Financial Advisors to improve their sales performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
Generate leads and identify recent business opportunities.
Explain financial products and their perks to prospective customers.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Monitor advisor performance and support them in achieving their targets.
