Location: IMT Rohtak, Haryana

Employment: Full time | On-site

We are completing a precision-manufacturing facility at IMT Rohtak and are looking for a robust, hands-on electrical engineer to join our small owner-side engineering team during the final engineering, execution and commissioning stage.

This is not a routine facilities-maintenance position. The role requires someone who can independently develop and review engineering designs, calculations, drawings and technical specifications; challenge vendors technically; supervise execution; and take systems through commissioning and long-term operation.

Scope
HT/LT electrical distribution
Transformers, PCC/MCC/LT panels and DBs
DG, UPS, batteries and emergency power
Protection systems, APFC and power quality
Earthing and lightning protection
Machine electrical infrastructure
BMS/IBMS and controls interfaces
CCTV, access control and ELV infrastructure
Develop and review engineering calculations, system designs, drawings, BOQs and technical specifications
Vendor/OEM technical evaluation and discussions
Site execution, testing and commissioning
As-built documentation, maintenance planning and future expansion

Candidate Profile
7+ years of relevant hands-on experience preferred




B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
Strong industrial/manufacturing/project experience
Ability to independently develop and critically review SLDs, load schedules, calculations, equipment selections and technical specifications
Practical exposure to HT/LT, DG/UPS, earthing and commissioning
Experience dealing directly with contractors, consultants and OEMs
Solid ownership mindset and ability to work effectively across disciplines

Experience in greenfield manufacturing, data centres, pharmaceuticals, electronics, precision engineering or other technically demanding facilities would be particularly relevant.
