Key Responsibilities
Manage paint shop technical and engineering activities.
Solid knowledge of CED/ED coating and top-coat/spray painting.
Plan and effectively utilize manpower, materials and other resources.
Drive productivity improvement and continuous improvement projects.
Control rework, rejection and overhead costs.
Identify paint defects and implement corrective actions.
Monitor paint shop process efficiency, quality and productivity.
Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.

Required Skills
Hands-on field experience in ED coating and spray painting.
Solid paint shop technical knowledge.
Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in resource planning and cost control.
Proactive approach towards productivity and quality improvement.
