Job Overview:

The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance activities to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and infrastructure in a agile printing workplace. Should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 15+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum machine uptime and minimum production downtime.
Ensure reliable operation of all production equipment, utilities, and plant infrastructure while maintaining safety and statutory compliance.
Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring timely execution of maintenance activities and adherence to SOPs and safety standards.




Plan and execute machine installations, plant improvement, automation, and CAPEX projects within approved timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with other departments to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor maintenance KPIs, equipment performance, maintenance costs, spare parts inventory, and ensure proper maintenance documentation and audit compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
