Maintenance – Senior Level

Department: Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise all maintenance activities.
Handle Electrical, Mechanical, Machinery, Plumbing and Building maintenance.
Plan and monitor Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance.
Ensure quick resolution of machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
Guide and coordinate the maintenance team.
Monitor spare parts, tools and maintenance materials.
Ensure proper safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Coordinate with external technicians and service providers.
Identify recurring issues and implement preventive solutions.
Monitor maintenance costs and reduce equipment downtime.
Prepare regular maintenance reports for management.

Qualification:



Diploma / BE – Electrical or Mechanical Experience: 8+ Years in Garment / Manufacturing Industry

Key Skills: Leadership, Problem Solving, Preventive Maintenance, Team Coordination, Electrical & Mechanical Knowledge.

Location: Madurai

Salary : Based on Industry Standard
