Salesforce testing, Selenium C#, BDD/SpecFlow, API automation, and Worksoft Certify

Key Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end QA and testing delivery
across portfolio and project demands.
Manage and mentor a team of
10–12 QA specialists
, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Define and drive the
QA automation strategy and roadmap
for medium to large-scale programs.
Provide technical leadership in
Selenium C# automation using BDD/SpecFlow
.
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks.
Implement and manage
Selenium Grid
for scalable and parallel test execution.
Develop and execute
API automation
solutions for integrated applications.
Drive Salesforce functional, integration, regression, and automation testing.
Collaborate with Architects and Scrum teams to improve
requirements clarity, testability, and automation readiness
.




Review functional and technical designs and provide QA-focused feedback.
Establish and monitor
testing metrics, KPIs, quality measurements, and automation coverage
.
Integrate automated testing into
CI/CD pipelines
to support continuous integration and continuous deployment.

Mandatory Technical Skills
12+ years of experience
in Software Testing / QA.
Strong experience as a
QA Lead / Test Lead / Automation Lead

Solid
Salesforce Testing
experience.
Hands-on expertise in
Selenium WebDriver with C#
.
Solid experience with
BDD using SpecFlow
.
Experience in
API Automation Testing
.
Hands-on experience implementing and managing
Selenium Grid

Strong understanding of
Agile testing methodologies

Experience with
Test Automation frameworks and accelerators
