Job Role: Relationship Executive

Job Description
Sell and promote SBI Cards through multiple sales channels.
Generate leads and acquire recent customers through direct sales activities.
Approach customers at retail stores, metro stations, and corporate locations.
Explain SBI Card features, benefits, eligibility, and applicable offers to prospective customers.
Assist customers with the card application and documentation process.
Follow up with prospective customers to complete applications and improve conversions.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain positive customer relationships and provide support during the application process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and sales activities.
Participate in promotional and customer acquisition activities.
