KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Devise technical training programs in above mentioned domains according to organizational requirements
Design course materials and documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises
Deliver training programs in Instructor led formal or online as required
Mentor internal SME instructors within
Technology as part of a train the trainer program
Capture and share best-practice knowledge across the training community
Partner with developers to build more test coverage into their own development chain and with DevOps and Test Engineers for current solutions
Ability to translate story and use cases into functional training
