We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non -IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and a keen interest in learning and supporting other HR functions beyond recruitment.
Requirements
- Handle end -to -end recruitment for IT and Non -IT positions
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate further rounds
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS / HRMS
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
