Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for the RDSS project.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Coordinate with project, store, and finance teams for procurement planning.
- Ensure timely availability of electrical materials, equipment, and consumables.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
- Resolve supplier-related issues and ensure on-time material delivery.





Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in Electrical, Power Distribution, EPC, or RDSS projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical materials such as transformers, cables, conductors, meters, poles, switchgear, etc.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Tally/SAP (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
