Diginet Academy is hiring for Ratio Learning, an online learning platform focused on SSC, RRB and Banking exam preparation.

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive / Admissions Executive with 1-3 years of relevant experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries from students and parents through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with interested leads.
- Understand students' requirements and guide them towards suitable SSC, RRB and Banking courses.
- Explain course features, perks, fees and other relevant details clearly.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and admissions.
- Build a positive relationship with prospective students and provide timely support.
- Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Admissions Counselling, Inside Sales or Customer Support.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Good convincing,



negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle objections and communicate confidently with prospective students.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a target-oriented approach.
- Experience in the education or online learning industry will be an added advantage.
