We are looking for a confident and experienced Field Sales Executive who can independently manage customer interactions, generate business opportunities and represent the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field visits and customer meetings.
- Independently handle client discussions, negotiations and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate technical discussions with the internal team.
- Travel extensively across assigned territories for business development.
- Prepare visit reports,



maintain CRM records and update sales progress.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, customer demonstrations and industry events.

Required Skills:
- 3-6 years of B2B field sales experience.:
- Experience handling customers independently from enquiry to order closure.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
