We're expanding our global sales team and looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive who is passionate about international B2B sales and building relationships with enterprise clients across APAC, the Middle East, Europe, and other global markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs, Plant Heads, Engineering Managers, and Digital Transformation leaders.
- Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and deliver compelling product presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solution proposals.




- Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Prepare commercial proposals, follow up with prospects, and support contract negotiations.
- Participate in international exhibitions, webinars, and virtual meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills:
- 2-6 years of experience in International Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation and outbound sales.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, HubSpot, or similar sales tools.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and communicate business value.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
