Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting customers with travel bookings, itinerary planning, ticketing support, and delivering excellent customer service. Freshers with IATA certification are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with domestic and international travel bookings
- Support flight, hotel, holiday package, and transportation reservations
- Prepare travel itineraries and travel-related documentation
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
- Maintain booking records and update travel management systems
- Ensure timely follow-up and provide excellent customer service
- Stay updated with airline policies, fares, and travel regulations

Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills




- Basic knowledge of airline ticketing and travel operations
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline
- IATA Certification is mandatory
- Freshers are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience:
- Internship or training in a travel agency, airline, or tour operator
- Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
