We are expanding our sales operations and looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive to convert leads into customers through effective communication, follow-ups, and consultative selling.

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling incoming leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining solar solutions, following up with prospects, scheduling site surveys, and converting qualified leads into sales.

This is a target-oriented role that requires strong communication, persistence, customer handling skills, and the ability to manage multiple leads systematically.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management
- Handle leads received through digital marketing, website, WhatsApp, phone calls, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact recent leads promptly and understand their requirements.
- Qualify prospects based on location, electricity consumption,



roof availability, budget, and solar requirements.
- Maintain accurate lead information in the company's CRM or sales tracker.

2. Customer Consultation & Sales
- Explain rooftop solar systems, project costs, expected savings, financing options, and applicable government schemes.
- Educate customers about the PM Suryaghar Muft Bijli Yojana and the applicable subsidy process.
- Recommend suitable solar capacity and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare and communicate quotations and proposals.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.

3. Follow-ups & Conversion
- Maintain systematic follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Track every active prospect and ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.
- Identify customer objections and develop appropriate solutions.
