About the Company

We are a leading manufacturer of PVC, uPVC, CPVC, serving domestic and international markets. We are looking for an experienced Export Manager to drive international sales growth and expand our global distribution network. The role focuses on developing overseas markets, managing export operations, handling documentation, and ensuring timely execution of export orders.

Key Responsibilities

International Sales & Business Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, importers, wholesalers, and project customers.
- Identify recent international markets and business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed export orders.

Overseas Client Communication
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms,



and close orders.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Order Processing & Billing
- Coordinate with internal departments for order confirmation and production planning.
- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), Commercial Invoices, and customer billing.
- Monitor customer payments and coordinate with the accounts team for collections.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records in ERP or Excel.

Customer Support
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding order status.
- Handle customer queries and resolve commercial issues.
- Ensure timely execution of customer requirements.

Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, lead generation, order status, and revenue.
- Maintain a database of prospects, customers, and export opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
