Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, vouchers, and reconciliations.
- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Prepare and maintain Trial Balance and assist in finalization of financial statements.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP)



and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors for bill verification and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of invoices and payments.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with internal teams and vendors regarding payments, documentation, and reconciliations.
- Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other regulatory filings.
- Handle statutory registrations and compliance on government portals such as GST, Income Tax, TRACES, EPFO, ESIC, GeM, DGFT, IEC, MCA, MSME, and E-Way Bill portals.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing financial data and required documentation.
