Job Summary:




- You will play a crucial role in INCREFF’s growth journey by working with clients and third party service providers to plan, execute and optimize end to end warehouse operations.
- Responsibilities:
- Responsible to be the POC for the client's warehousing needs.- Responsible to plan and align the 3PL warehouse operations as per the client's requirements- Responsible to monitor day to day operations and ensure SLAs and SOPs are followed- Responsible to ensure records are maintained accurately- Responsible for driving customer satisfaction through meeting the KRAs as per the contract- Responsible for communicating to the client about the progress and roadblocks if any
- Skill-set:
- Minimum 2+ years of operations experience, preferably in on-ground warehouse operations- Valuable written and spoken communication in English- Someone who is passionate about operations and going the extra mile to achieve perfection- A super fast learner, & person who gets things done
