Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily customer visits at the project site.
- Arrange and coordinate pick-up and drop facilities for customers as required.
- Welcome customers at the project and accompany them during the site visit.
- Provide clear and accurate project briefings, including flat details, amenities, location, specifications, pricing and other relevant information.
- Explain the project’s key features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales/telecalling team regarding scheduled customer visits.
- Maintain a daily record of customer visits, follow-ups and visit outcomes.
- Ensure the project site is properly prepared and presentable before customer visits.
- Address basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned sales team for detailed discussions or negotiations.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
- Report daily site visit activities and customer feedback to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate, customer handling, sales support or site coordination preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, polite and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic knowledge of residential real estate projects and flat sales.
- Ability to coordinate multiple customer visits in a day.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and maintaining daily records.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Key Performance Areas (KRA)
- Number and quality of customer site visits handled.
- Timely and smooth pick-up/drop coordination.
- Quality and accuracy of project briefing.
- Customer satisfaction and qualified handling.
- Proper coordination with the sales team.
- Daily reporting and maintenance of customer visit records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
