Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Litigation & Case Management: Manage civil suits, consumer court disputes, and land acquisition cases independently across various judicial forums. [1]
- Title Due Diligence: Conduct deep-dive title investigations, chain-of-title reviews, and high-value risk assessments for prospective land parcels. [1]
- Regulatory Dispute Resolution: Represent and manage active dispute filings, updates, and compliance challenges before the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
- External Counsel Liaison: Brief senior external counsel, draft detailed case strategies, coordinate written submissions, and manage legal billing.
- Drafting and Documentation: Formulate notices, plaints, written statements, appeals, and strategic settlement agreements for property-related conflicts.
- Liaison & Revenue Support: Interface directly with sub-registrars, municipal corporations,



and revenue officials to resolve mutation and ownership deadlocks.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable experience in real estate litigation and property dispute resolution.
- Licensing: Mandatory active Bar Council enrollment to formally issue legal notices and handle administrative judicial representations.
- Skills: Expert knowledge of local land laws, civil procedure, court processes, and strategic legal drafting under high-pressure timelines.
