The Prospect

We are not looking for a script-reader. We need a closer — someone who understands people deeply and knows exactly how they respond to a sales call before the second sentence is out. You read the room, you adjust your pitch in real time, and you never let a 'not interested' end the conversation prematurely.

Rejection is part of your day — and you know that. What separates you from the rest is that you pick up the next call with the same energy, process what didn't work, adapt, and still hit your number by the end of month. You've sold B2B SaaS subscriptions, ideally in the legal tech space, and you have the quota numbers to prove it.

What You'll Do & What We're Looking For
- Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and close
- Run high-conviction pitches over phone and video for SaaS / LegalTech products
- Read people fast — adapt tone, pace, and pitch based on how the prospect is responding
- Handle objections confidently; turn resistance into curiosity, and curiosity into commitment




- Bounce back from rejections without losing momentum — your close rate speaks for itself
- Maintain a clean, updated CRM pipeline (GHL / HubSpot / Zoho) with accurate forecasts
- Follow up with precision and timing — no lead goes cold because of poor follow-through
- Upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts; reduce early churn through post-sale engagement
- Minimum 3-7 years B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in SaaS or LegalTech
- Prior experience selling to law firms, legal departments, advocates, or compliance teams preferred
- Strong English communication (verbal); Hindi fluency is a plus
- Self-driven, data-aware, and coachable — you know your numbers and you own them

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
