Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting, to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, progress reports, and change orders.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any deviations from project plans or objectives.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Assist in procurement activities, such as obtaining bids, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
- Support project teams in problem-solving and decision-making to overcome challenges and achieve project goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and updates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering,



with a focus on project coordination or management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
