We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist specializing in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns to drive measurable revenue, conversions, and Brand awareness.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Campaign Execution
- Design, build, and manage high-converting campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max (PMax).
- Conduct thorough audience research, keyword strategy planning, and competitor analysis.
- Formulate full-funnel strategies (Top of Funnel awareness to Bottom of Funnel retargeting).

Optimization & Budget Allocation
- Monitor daily spend, performance metrics, and bid strategies to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and minimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Perform continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Dynamically reallocate budgets across platforms based on real-time campaign performance.





Creative Strategy & Messaging
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and video editors to create high-performing ad assets (videos, carousels, banners).
- Write persuasive, click-worthy ad copy tailored to specific buyer personas.

Analytics & Tracking
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Conversion API/CAPI).
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization bottlenecks.
- Prepare clear weekly/monthly performance reports detailing KPIs, key insights, and actionable growth recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads with proven ROAS results.
- Technical Mastery:
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, CAPI, Agile Ads).
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Merchant C
