1. ROLE PURPOSE

The Cafe Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the WOK TOSSED outlet, ensuring smooth service, consistent food quality, excellent customer experience, team discipline, hygiene, stock control and adherence to VOW/WOK TOSSED SOPs.

The Supervisor will be the key person responsible for the outlet during the assigned shift and must ensure that the outlet is operationally ready, well-staffed, clean, efficient and commercially controlled.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. Outlet Operations
- Ensure smooth opening, operation and closing of the outlet as per SOP.
- Conduct daily opening and closing checks.
- Ensure all menu items are available and properly displayed.
- Monitor order flow, preparation time and service speed.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service team.
- Ensure recipes, portions,



presentation and serving standards are strictly followed.
- Ensure all equipment is operational and report breakdowns immediately.
- Maintain proper outlet ambience, cleanliness and overall presentation.

B. Team Management
- Supervise and allocate duties to all outlet staff.
- Ensure staff attendance, grooming, uniform and discipline.
- Conduct daily shift briefing and communicate targets, offers and operational priorities.
- Monitor staff productivity and performance.
- Train recent employees on SOPs, menu, hygiene and customer service.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment during peak hours.
- Escalate attendance, performance or disciplinary issues to management.

C. Food Quality & Hygiene
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion size and presentation.
- Check food quality before and during service.
- Ensure proper food storage, labelling and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Monitor food holding temperatures and wasta
