Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Head who can lead the entire digital marketing team while personally running Google Ads hands-on — not just overseeing it, but executing it.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads & Performance Marketing (Hands-on)
- End-to-end setup, optimization, and scaling of Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and App campaigns
- Own budget planning, bid strategy, and ROAS/CPA targets
- Manage Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and RCS/WhatsApp marketing as well

Team Leadership
- Lead digital marketing executives, content, and design team members
- Set team KPIs, run weekly reviews, and drive performance accountability
- Coordinate with freelancers/agencies as needed

All-Vertical Marketing Knowledge
- SEO & organic growth
- Content & social media strategy
- Website/landing page CRO
- Analytics & reporting (GA4, Ads Manager dashboards)

Strategy
- Own the quarterly/annual marketing plan and budget allocation




- Identify and explore new growth channels
- Align closely with Sales/Product teams
- Present performance reports to leadership

Requirements:
- 5-8+ years of digital marketing experience, including 2-3 years in a team lead/managerial role
- Robust hands-on expertise in Google Ads (certification preferred)
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO, content, CRM, and analytics tools
- Experience managing a team of 3+ people
- Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have
- Experience in fintech/lending or D2C/e-commerce industry
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Track record of scaling a team from scratch

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
