KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS PLANNING
- Monitor sales, inventory, and key commercial KPIs. Track business performance against targets and take actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution of marketplace plans.
- Closely monitor returns & take corrective actions

INVENTORY PLANNING & WAREHOUSE OPS
- Work closely with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure optimum inventory allocation across marketplaces.
- Monitor stock health, sell thrus, and replenishment requirements.
- Identify potential stock-outs and excess inventory, driving timely interventions.

NEW SEASON GO-LIVE
- Lead end-to-end execution of new season launches across marketplaces.
- Liaison with catalogue team and inventory readiness before launch.
- Monitor launch performance to achieve targeted full price sell-thru

BRAND STORE REFRESH & OPERATIONS
- Own periodic refresh of marketplace brand stores to reflect seasonal campaigns and merchandising priorities.
- Coordinate updates to banners, navigation, collections, landing pages, and featured assortments.




- Ensure brand stores remain aligned with global and local brand guidelines. - Maintain operational excellence across marketplace storefronts.
- Drive A+ content across key franchises

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Own seller metrics across Myntra & Flipkart to drive execution excellence.
- Coordinate with merchandising & trading team for pricing inputs & uploads
- Ensure catalog accuracy and product availability across marketplaces.
- Support marketplace campaign readiness for major commercial events.
