- What Will You Do
- Serve as the SME for Logistics, Stores Management, and Import/Export operations, ensuring compliance with Customs, SEZ, STPI, and related regulations.
- Manage end-to-end inventory control, including cycle counts, stock reconciliation, material receipt, storage, issuance,



and inventory accuracy.
- Oversee movement and tracking of R&D; assets, equipment, and regulated/sensitive materials across sites and external partners.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with QMS, Customs, SEZ/STPI, and internal quality requirements.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs for logistics, warehouse, stores, and material movement processes.
- Manage logistics vendors, CHAs, 3PL providers, and service partners through defined SLAs, KPIs, compliance, and performance reviews.
- Drive cost optimization through effective freight management, duty tracking, invoice validation, budget control, and risk mitigation.
- Lead and manage a team of 6-8 contractors across Gurgaon and Bangalore while supporting R&D; operational requirements.
- Act as the primary SPOC for SEZ operations, partnering with Tax, Finance, RAQA, government authorities, and external consultants.
