The Nutanix Database Service (NDB) provides a unified platform to manage and operate databases at scale through an intuitive user interface and REST API, supporting both open-source and enterprise database engines. The platform enables organizations to standardize database operations while improving efficiency, scalability, agility, and cost-effectiveness across the entire database lifecycle, including provisioning, high availability, patching, scaling, upgrades, backup and recovery, and database cloning.

- Architect, design, and develop core components of a multi-cloud, hybrid Database-as-a-Service platform.
- Analyze and understand developer-centric database use cases and translate them into scalable and innovative technical solutions.
- Design and implement intuitive, user-friendly features and APIs.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, documentation, and product management, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in the complete secure software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing, and production deployment.
- Ensure system designs are scalable, maintainable, robust, and aligned with long-term product strategy.
