We are expanding our team and looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive who can generate current business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across both landscape projects and corporate maintenance contracts.

Position Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings, managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals in coordination with the design team, and converting opportunities into successful projects.

This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who enjoys meeting clients, networking with industry professionals, and closing deals.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals,



cold outreach, and market research.
- Identify potential clients including:
- Residential homeowners
- Villa developers
- Architects
- Interior designers
- Builders and developers
- Corporate offices
- Facility management companies
- Commercial property owners

Client Meetings & Site Visits
- Attend client meetings and site visits.
- Understand client requirements, expectations, timelines, and budgets.
- Present Art Yard's services professionally.
- Build trust and long-term client relationships.

Sales & Business Development
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to project closure.
- Coordinate with the design team for proposals and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing projects.

Corporate Maintenance Business Development
- Generate leads for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
