We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Executive to support the day-to-day management of our online business. This role involves working across product catalog management, order operations, inventory, customer experience, and website updates to ensure smooth and efficient e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, updates, collections, and catalog maintenance across the e-commerce platform.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates to maintain accurate product availability.
- Process customer orders and coordinate fulfillment and shipping activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and support requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in executing promotions, website updates, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor sales reports and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely product launches.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.





Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations is preferred.:
- Experience working with Shopify is highly desirable, but experience with other e-commerce platforms is also acceptable.
- Familiarity with product catalog management, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, or FirstCry is an added advantage.
