Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand construction requirements and present company offerings.
- Generate and follow up on qualified leads until closure.
- Build and manage relationships with architects, consultants, brokers, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering,



or any relevant discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) is preferred.

Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in Construction, Real Estate, Home Construction, or Infrastructure is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Required Skills:
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of the Bhopal real estate and construction market.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
