Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Physics, Education, or a related field
- Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent)
- Certification or training in IB and/or Cambridge IGCSE curricula
- Demonstrated expertise in teaching Physics at secondary and senior secondary levels
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- 5-7 years of successful teaching experience within the IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme.
- Proven experience in leading and supporting a minimum of 4 cohorts through either IGCSE or IBDP programmes, with robust academic outcomes preferred
- The ability to develop critical thinking, analytical writing, and interpretative skills in students
- A strong record of supporting both academic achievement and overall student growth
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a dynamic teaching community
