Makin Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) for our Industrial Construction Project in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh.

Location: Gonda, Uttar Pradesh

Position: Site Engineer (Civil)
Experience: Minimum 10 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day execution of industrial construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.




- Coordinate inspections and ensure timely completion of work.
- Resolve technical issues and support smooth project execution.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial building construction.
- Experience with contractor-side execution is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural work, finishing, and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
