We are looking for an experienced Product Trainer who can build the technical knowledge and sales capabilities of our sales team, channel partners, and installation teams.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product training for Sales, Business Development, Installation, and Service teams.
- Train employees on:
- On-Grid Solar Systems
- Hybrid Solar Systems
- Off-Grid Solar Systems
- Solar Inverters
- Solar Panels
- Battery Storage Solutions




- Mounting Structures
- Deliver training on PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, subsidy process, and customer eligibility.
- Explain system design concepts, energy generation calculations, shadow analysis, and ROI.
- Prepare training materials including:
- PPTs
- Product Manuals
- Videos
- SOPs
- Quick Reference Guides
- Conduct product demonstrations and practical sessions.
- Organize onboarding training for current employees.
- Evaluate trainees through assessments and practical tests.
- Coordinate with OEMs and product manufacturers for new product updates.
- Gather training feedback and continuously improve training content.
- Support sales teams during product launches and technical presentations.
- Travel to branch offices for training sessions when required.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of Solar PV technology
- Knowledge of Solar EPC project life
