About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who understands that media buying is only one part of growth.

You'll be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across multiple platforms while working closely with clients, designers, and internal teams to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Lead Generation, Remarketing, and Conversion campaigns.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets.
- Continuously improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR, and overall account performance.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies.

Strategy & Growth
- Build media strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Identify scaling opportunities across paid channels.
- Suggest funnel improvements and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate on landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement.
