- Key Responsibilities:
- Leading advisory projects independently for our clients, across a diverse range of energy transition technologies, business models and strategies,



including planning out the work of the team and ensuring we maintain rigorous standards of analysis and clear communication of insights
- Line management of junior analysts in the team to help them develop and coaching/managing analysts within a project
- Supporting business development work, for example by contributing delivery plans to our proposals

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Experience of working at a major consultancy, energy company, financial services company, or other knowledge-focused firm or institution
- First class university degree from premier institute (IITs and IIMs preferred)
- Demonstrated success in taking responsibility for project and process management in team-oriented environments
- Proven ability to interpret and derive insight from complex quantitative data and information
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex energy modelling of hybrid power products in the In
