Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.

Requirements:
- 12th Pass or Graduate
- Good spoken English is mandatory:
- Hindi and Bengali communication skills are an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
