- HR Operations_: Manage end-to-end HR operations(essential), ensuring smooth and compliant process.
- Workplace discipline, Leave and attendance management_: Oversee discipline, leave, and attendance management to maintain a structured work environment.
- Process excellence_: Process development, SOP implementation & Efficiency improvement.
- Employee relations and grievance management;_
- Employee Engagement & Culture_: Plan and support engagement activities and events, fostering an energetic, inclusive, lively and vibrant workplace culture.

Employer branding initiatives: Collaborate with teams to highlight workplace stories, events, and milestones by creating engaging contents.

Prerequisites:
Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering (preferred) + Masters or work experience in Human Resources or related area (preferred);
1+ years of experience working in Human Resources ; or Fresher with HR background (recent passed out batches) and
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Essential).
