Job Title:Area Sales Executive

Location: Durgapur / Assansol / Siliguri / Malda

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Sales Head

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new restaurant customers including cafés, quick service restaurants (QSRs), fine dining restaurants, cloud kitchens, bakeries, and food chains.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, networking, and digital inquiries.
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations of the Restaurant Billing Software and Restaurant Payroll App.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify recent business opportunities.
- Attend trade exhibitions, food industry events,



and promotional activities to generate business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policies.
- Provide post-sales support and encourage customer renewals, upgrades, and referrals.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration abilities.
- Ability to understand software products and explain technical features in simple business terms.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Good relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in SaaS, POS software, ERP, payroll software, hospitality technology, or IT solutions.
- Fresh graduate
