Position: Senior Finance Executive (Finance & Accounts)

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: Managing Director

Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
- Maintain complete accounting records as per company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage cash flow, bank reconciliation, and fund planning.
- Monitor company income, expenses, and overall financial performance.

Accounting & Compliance
- Knowledge of accounting standards applicable to Private Limited Companies.
- Maintain books of accounts accurately.
- Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, Audit, and statutory compliances.
- Verify vendor bills, payments, and customer receivables.

Financial Reporting
- Prepare Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and MIS Reports.
- Present financial reports to management.
- Analyze business profitability and recommend improvements.
- Prepare monthly management dashboards and financial summaries.

Project Finance
- Track project-wise budgets and expenses.




- Monitor project profitability and costing.
- Prepare project-wise P&L; reports.
- Coordinate with project and purchase teams for financial planning.
- Ensure budget control and cost optimization.

Budgeting & Analysis
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis between budget and actual expenses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support strategic financial planning.

Team Coordination
- Coordinate with HR, Purchase, CRM, Projects, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure timely financial documentation.
- Support management in financial decision-making.
