Job Summary

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales opportunities through outbound and inbound calls, building customer relationships, promoting jewellery collections and savings schemes, scheduling showroom visits, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into showroom visits and sales.
- Promote Aksara Jewellers' Gold, Diamond, Silver, and Bridal Jewellery collections.
- Explain jewellery savings schemes, offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the showroom sales team to ensure smooth customer handover and conversion.
- Handle customer enquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.




- Conduct follow-up calls to improve customer retention and repeat business.
- Maintain daily calling reports and submit performance updates to the reporting manager.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Banking Sales, Credit Card Sales, Gold Loan Sales, Jewellery Sales, Insurance Sales, or Financial Product Sales will be an added advantage.
