Position Overview

Reporting Structure

Reports To: Compliance Head

Training & Development

A structured 15-day training program will be provided. During this period, senior team members will train and guide you on all registration processes. Learning-stage errors will be corrected with guidance. After the training period,



you will be expected to handle assigned work independently while continuing to work under the overall supervision and support of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Private Limited, LLP, OPC and Section 8 Company Incorporation.
- Prepare and verify incorporation documents.
- Support filing of ROC forms such as AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR and INC forms.
- Maintain statutory records and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with clients for documentation and approvals.
- Track compliance due dates and filing status.
- Update internal MIS and CRM records.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned compliance work.
- Coordinate with Operations and Accounts teams when required.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Companies Act, 2013
- MCA Portal and ROC Filing (preferred)
- Documentation and drafting skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Time management and teamwork

Educational Qualification
- B.Com (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Company Law or MCA procedu
